Medicare

Rebates for eligible families

A GP can set up a Chronic Disease Management plan for your child. This plan can cover up to five allied health sessions per calendar year.

How the plan works

Your GP writes the plan and refers your child to us. We bill Medicare directly and you pay the gap.

NDIS

Using your NDIS plan

We work with plan-managed and self-managed NDIS plans. Here is how it works for each management type. You bring the plan and we handle the rest.

  • Plan managed: your plan manager pays the invoices

We send the invoice to your plan manager. They pay us directly. You never touch the money. It is the easiest way to use your funding.

  • Self managed: you pay and claim it back

You pay the invoice after each session. Then you claim the cost back through the NDIS portal. We give you clear receipts to make it simple.

Which part of your plan pays for therapy

  • Capacity Building supports

Both speech pathology and occupational therapy fall under Capacity Building Supports in your NDIS plan. We can help you understand your budget.

  • Improved Daily Living

This is the budget line that covers our therapy sessions. It is about building skills for daily life, communication, and independence.

  • Core Supports

Some group programs may come from your Core Supports budget. We will check your plan and tell you exactly what is covered before we start.
