Working at Wild Kids FAQs

What does onboarding look like?

You get a structured first month. We pair you with a senior clinician and walk you through every system. You are never left to figure it out alone.

How does supervision work?

Every clinician gets regular one-on-one supervision with a senior team member. We also run group supervision sessions each fortnight. Your growth matters here.

What career progression is available?

We build pathways for clinical specialisation and leadership roles. You can grow into mentoring, program development, or team coordination. We support the direction you want to take.

Do you support professional development?

Yes. We provide a dedicated PD budget and paid study leave each year. You choose the courses that align with your goals.

What is the team culture like?

We work hard and laugh often. The clinic is collaborative, warm, and free of ego. Everyone pitches in and everyone is respected.
